This Report examines the INOGATE Electricity Cross Border Trading – EU perspectives Objective (s) on B.3.1. and B.3.3 implemented under the EU funded project “INOGATE Technical Secretariat & Integrated Programme in support of the Baku Initiative and the Eastern Partnership energy objectives”. The event was implemented in Brussels from January 31 to February 1, 2013.
