The workshop organised by ITS took place at the Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar’s premises in Zagreb (Croatia) in November 2015 for Armenia and Tajikistan and in December 2015 for Kyrgyzstan. The objective was to train and assist the three countries with the compilation of their first official national energy balance according to international standards (RWP.13).
